ARBO

Post by kidgloves »

I remember reading either here or somewhere else many moons ago talk of Reds giving ARB0 boards from the off. Was this really true- was it older Reds that did this ? Can't say I've ever seen it myself.

Yep, I've seen it. Twice I think - and I'm 'pretty sure' that both times it was on a Snailblazer. Lovely stuff if you can get it! :) Not seen it in the last 3 years or so though...

Nice one, i've been racking my brains for the last hour or so trying to think of the only time I've had it. JG is the one, a good 3 years or so ago.

When JG did it, (not the chef-enamoured FC board member!) it would almost always doink you off before you got to the features... :(

Yep, I was going to buzz in with STIN-KING-RICH. Nice £30 top.

Biggest top on SKR anyone? I seem to remember it was really hard to get big tops on that machine.

SKR used to do more flat tops, but you'd usually get a sequence of them if I recall.

Only ever played Fairground once (snailblazer pre-cursor, yay!) in a dingy nightclub, that I somehow managed to £75 from ARB1 converting to AR. ;)

Had JG do it loads - although i don't really miss the machine.

And saw Snailblazer get mentioned - now THAT was a machine. And JP on the cash side was top feaure.

Did any other red have that? Probably but I'm about to go out so can't think, lol.

Snailblazer was one of my most favourite Reds. Used to get £75ish once a week pretty much like clockwork for months when I had one local. Loved ARB1ing... ;)

It was unreal- A few times i had a £50 followed by either another £50 or even by a £75 once or twice. Nice.
