Sounds about right (the £10 top bit)

You did well to get such a big top to finish off there.

I had a great £110 on one of these once off of £7 (I may have mentioned it a few times before! :) ) which was by far the best result I ever had on a £25 machines. Pulsation certainly seems tighter in that it loves giving you that £10 top so often. :(

nothing strange about that.......................

it will do its full streak amount, in any form! The old reds were always more reliable for getting value by taking red features, probably why I enjoy the old era of reds so much!

Nowadays its top or squat.

They do nice tops sometimes, and I'm sure Matt will tell you about his £110 ... oh, he already has

mjd - remember to gamble the features as you climb the stack, as the more features you turn red, the more of the notes at the top turn red too ...

Nixxy: ;)

I'm pretty sure that it's +2 red features = +1 red note at the top?

Ages since I've played one of these. I was thinking briefly the other day about some of the old Reds that I miss. :(

-Snailblazer
-Legal Tender
-DNA & Friends
-Critical Mass*

Profitable, profitable days. :)

*This was a 'one-off' that looked and played completely different to all other Reds, but I always did very well out of it from 'locking it' red! ;)

Yep, tried this once on a Crazy Cobra and made a 1'er. Just as good as an all out forcy poops. I guess if you could blag a top just before the reds vanish, then would it always be flat £35?

^---Agreed! And it's more interesting than just whacking for the top all the time!

I remember on an FnC (OK, not 'that' old) taking it on with only £15 in change on me - I ended up with about £80 from taking 'Crime Climb' and tennering it almost every board! (Variations of red / green). OK, it proably would've given me a top had I forced, but I was more than happy with that. :)
