I see now, some reds i'll only take on when showing, others i will play out regardless after a certain time period and as long as they are full. i have several like this and i'm fairly sure no one else does them, they usually red up fairly soon.

if a machine in wetherspoons streaks and they refill it the next day then you go in and it full your gonna be fooked.
especially if its a mummy or you get fake red on another machine.
eg. go in spoons red is dropping first board costs £5 arb1 (fake) next board costs £20 agb1 you will want another board or 2 as your £25 in and and seen a red board.
costly mate.
dont play just because theyre full. wait for a better sign mate.

'Spoons are a pain in the arse for their daily refills. Tried a Monop HP yesterday and it was full after the 3rd pound...........clonking onto the lovely sound of plywood.
I suppose Reds are worse with the addage of fake backing and redding. It's a case of taking what (decent) profit you can in places like 'Spoons these days, unless you have it truly covered and/or you're in the know.

You know, ARB1/2ing for a couple of boards then disappearing, CLT style.
Anyway it doesn't matter too much these days as all the Reds near me are more or less gone apart from 1 or 2 Vortexes and a Hi Lo Silver.

yeah.
fake reding is when a machine shows a board full of reds to make you think its off its tits but it isnt its just trying to fool you.

When listening for a "full" m/c i assume everybody always listens for money in the bottom.

Haven't played any of the new reds yet as none have appeared locally! But I can honestly say I've never had a red 'fake red' before!

People usto say that sub zero's and kings randsoms "fake red" but they didnt, i know that smtm can show a red board but not be red.
I have once before had a arb1 board on a invincible after a few tops but it werent still there but thats like once in god knows how many times.
Cash or bust can show reds and not be there but im almost sure theres 2 different programs on these.

I too have never had a Red 'fake-red', if its played on ms for testing its reddiness, then you are frought with danger!
