If you've got a couple of Invincibles & Vortex's in close proximity then they'll be covered. Risky playing a red mid-week unless they're in a backstreet pub. Town centre Reds get hammered saturday morning & sunday dinner usually.
Invincible :
Cashtastic - Upto £10 but if offering this it's usually getting ready to go.
Toggle Climb - upto £7
Bar steppa - reguarly have £6 on so check
Drop zone - £5
Find the pea £3-£5

Vortex :
Doun pour - £5
Theres a toggle on there
Can't think of the otheres, I know them more by position than by name.

xx

I've had a few Vortexes that you can't get to key. Show All Red, £70 later, the machine starts backing!!! I tend to avoid now unless keyable possible.

+I have an invincible that will not do more than £35 in one go. Bloody annoying sometimes.

or the chump engineer who refilled it dumped the hopper and then didn't reset it when he filled it back?

nope, completely full to completely empty...

was a fun night!!!!

keyed it and it was full,
was offered a pot within about £10,
turned it down and stayed off the board for about £20
started taking boards, was going very red

decided to play around a bit cause i was about £200 up for the day, and it was blatently going to do a natural repeat or two

just before i took the mega streak it let me gamble all the features red on the board, so i gambled the wrong way to die!

next board went straight to £10, hi, lo, mega streak
105 straight out..
next board £35
next board £70
then boards were giving mixed boxes or nudges to £4 but wouldnt gamble up so i took everything it offered ending with blue boxes for the notation feature, cant remember what it gave think it was £25

keyed it and it had nothing left in it at the end

id had £70 out of it the night before too, im thinking someone played it after and before me and hit a very very dead patch??

You say it was going very red, it does not matter how red it it aslong as its giving more than blue features!

be careful though there is a chance were you can get a £3 win and it gives 1 extra red than blue and it aint there!

How was you offered a pot mate and why turn it down? If it offers early it is on one anyway.

This might spark the old discussion about 'redding up Reds', but I'd probably never turn down a MS oppurtunity. OK, in Spyder's case, he was well up on the day and wanted to 'experiment' a bit, which ultimately paid off, but there's always that edge of uncertainty. Sometimes the old smash 'n' grab routine is the best way to make a profit. ;)

yeah i agree, normally i would have taken the first pot, it was playing like it was going to repeat anyway... so as i was not far in, i thought it'd be a laugh to see if it would somehow force a pot on me..

had to do some funny gambles to make sure i didnt get the feature exchange when they were all red!!

Could you have not just gambled the features until it pegged you out on a 'blank' one? Just to have been 'safe'... ;)

Fair play though, that was one hell of a result... ;)

it was doing that horrible grating sound in the hopper.. the one that you know is going to alarm the machine...

but if you key these new ones it stops the alarm and lets you fill them,

£2 in and the alarms off with a pretty good chance of doing a £30 suck on the next person...

i went back a day or two later and it wasnt off, so im assuming it never went completely empty!

makes up for the £70 in £35 out experiences ive had with vortex..
