Pulsation flatline shocker

So there I was last night tootling around various pubs with the wife (decoy) along to muster up some friendly conversation with any bar staff that didn't take kindly to their machines paying out and giving us -ev karma for future visits.
Tootling along nicely, the weather really does give you a +ve edge and all was well with the world.
We arrived at location x but knew extra friendliness is required here as the pub has been fairly recently taken over by an Irish lad who has also brought along his mate to work for him who has more than a passing interest in fruit machines.
That's reason 1 to be wary, he really doesn't know much stuff, but has the eyes and ears of a hawk where the machines are concerned and duly reports back to his boss.
Reason 2 is last time we entered I caught this guy giving the owner a sidelong glance as we entered that all fruit machine players know to be the "watch out, there's a player about" kind of look.
So all in all, good reason to play the nice friendly couple and reinforce a few boats before they got burnt.
No hurry, so a couple of J.D.'s for good measure with not even a glance in the machines direction and some off topic banter with the landlord and his mate to set the social scene well.
Wander over to the Pulsation and start playing, good vibes all round as it's offering regular 99 nudges for the £10. Cue lots of losing gambles to the top before it relents and gives one £35.
Still lively as you would expect afterwards, although I must admit that I always get to this point and wonder whether to start taking the notations straight off or force for another top which could well do £10 anyway..hmm...not happy with my options here...but I digress...eventually got a board where arb1 was on with a crappy number on nudges side at 1 nudge and mystery win available.
Decide to opt for the win and try to prise in the final green feature which it gives. A few heart stopping moments to the next gamble with a bonus and it awards features to give the top. Flashes all the red notes briefly then alarms on me for 5 seconds and resets. Cheers.
So glitch ?? Obviously...but why I wonder...the machine happily offers the top so many times when flying as it knows it can use the 1 blue £10 note as a get out clause...did it fly along to an all red feature board then suddenly realize "oh fook I can't award a tenner here" and have a loony tantrum as a result ?? Annoying as fook anyway.
To add insult to injury the alarm made me look like a class 1 criminal as the pool players stared over in that accusing way marking me for the tooling twat that I appeared to be. The machine also played dead after the reset for the best part of £30 before relenting to a flurry of notations and I ended up roughly evens.
The whole incident ironically served as a good topic of conversation afterwards at the bar so diplomatic relations are at their best at the moment. I didn't get the £35 off them but a bad luck story will always make you appear human and not just a machine robbing pub raider.

This is one of the worst bits of programming in current fruities. I've seen it happen and others on here have had the same thing.
Although when I saw it, it just landed straight on stop first press.

Notice how this 0pound top doesn't get chipped

Yes its rediculous. I have had it on two seperate ocassions on a legal tender....

Both times i hit stop and was rewarded.... With an alarm

It is indeed 'strange' how they havnt chipped it. Dont see the machines problem with it anyway. Not as if it cant afford to pay pot when its redding is it.

Lazzzzyyyyy.

thing is I had it when it was stone, that's why I thought it did the spin, very harsh if it does it when it is actually redding and there for a pot anyhow!

indeed.. having coerced a stone legal tender into a corner with red features (almost like playing a fruits u sir!), I was rewarded with a top, where I won the hidden prize of the mystery error code ! Sloppy.

something makes the machine kinda payout a bit more then is supposed to, but not an emptier ( Im pointing to cluedos ) but something that makes the punter NOT win doesn't get fixed.

They're out to get us :/

Of course, but GUAC doesn't really make it payout any more....just puts it behind so that the next players get done over with 2nd hit deaths. Ouch. £40 of flat gameplay.
