£35 Pulsation

Post by Mattb »

Not sure whether this will be a good addition to my round or not. Got a 50p/£35 one of these here now. Made nicely on it today, but i can see it being a pain in the arse at other times!

Full (i think legit) and 3/4 red off a 30p hold someone had left on the machine, got it turned on to 50p mega. Loads of 99 nudge boards as you'd expect.....seeing as you only need 3 to get it and it was flying, they came along readily!

I think the first 4 lost before it went up. £20, lovely stuff. Still all red, it went up soon after and did a £45. Still red, got 3 more tops out of it (£10, £20, £10) before taking a few features and medium cash wins to kill it off. Probably made about £40 in the end which isn't a bad return.

Anyone got one near them or any experiences on it?

<laugh> sorry mate i've just mentioned this m/c in reply to your post the "top 5" Misc thread.

It is crap.Really bad conversion. You will not see many £35 tops. The only feature that ever offers more than £10 is red hidden riches and funnily enough it usually just rounds up to £10!

I will agree you can make money on it by just simply collecting the £10's and hope it keeps rolling in, havemade over £60 on it once just doing this. But it can (and usually) goes dry.

I wouldn't put money in it again if other m/cs were available.

stick with your OAR's mate, unfortunately mine came and went within 2 weeks! only managed to hit it once. :(

Yes I've got one. I was pleased to find one in an "out of the way" village pub. Got due quite quickly and had loads of tops all £10, it was becoming more and more frustrating as it would sometimes block the top and when a top was achieved it would always land on the blue £10 value even if it the only one and the rest were red £35. That said I still made about £20. I've decided to play it again all out for the top and if it behaves like that again, I'll just take £10 wins when playing £35 pulsations and build up a bank as it was throwing loads of these at me sometimes through red boxes.

I found that a lot of the time when you spin in 99 nudges through a 3 or more, the number on the cash side (which you have no chance to change), was normally 5,6,7,8. did you find this

That said I think it's a good addition, I might just have been unlucky with the top and I don't think you'd be down once due, what ever way it's played.

I stumbled across a £25 1 on Sat night. Backing and redding from the off but my first 3 tops only went for £10 each. :x
The fourth top finally went for £60 but that only left me in profit by around £10 - £15. Not very impressive for a machine that looked well ready.
I don't like this type of fruity. I feel it's a real cheat that the machine won't allow you to gamble to a definate JP.

No mate, you weren't unlucky, it is just a horrible conversion. I wouldn't advise anyone plays this the same as it's £25 counterpart.

made a good profit of this last night gambled 2 tops that went for a ten and twenty, then I started playing only for notation it gave me 2 £35's and about 4 tens, some of the board costs were big though about £40up.

Unless my first top hits red notes I'm just going for natation everytime now.

You must have primed it to be hitting £35's on Notation.

You will find it is 99 times out of a 100 just a £10.

Good luck anyway, I woudl never play this m/c again!

I've been thinking - what is that actual point of making this into a £35 machine?

Played it today and it went a bit mental. £8 and red HR first board which was nice to see. After 3 lost gambles for the top, it went up for a princely £10. Cheers. Obviously still flying afterwards, got another top which went £10...£35....£35. £80 which was much appreciated. Got a £10 notation and £10 red sevens after. Ended up about £50 clear in the end.

I can't see the top ever going for £105 though? Those all red tops hardly ever appear, and when they do they're often £25/£35 anyway. The £90 top is the highest i've ever seen, and has always been 2 x £25s and 4 x £10s. Apart from a slightly better roll on the 50p ones, it just seems no different at all on £35. Still has £10 tops, still does similar amounts. Most pointless conversion ever?

To you and me, yes - but to Red Gaming's marketing department, almost certainly not as it gives them a chance to use that awful phrase: '.. building on the success of ...' and give an ageing machine a new lease of life.
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy

Just out of curiosity, but if you play these on 50play/ mega spins you obviosuly get loads of 99 nudges boards. Do these block at 10 pound all day like vortex or pulsations set at 25s?

I haven't seen one of these on 35 yet so i haven't played one.
