Got one in my local
Everyone was punting it last night but it was dead. About 60 goes in and i decide to have a go but alas only got 30 on me.
First board semi - red so i decide to bank a few red features
Only banked £78 worth of red features off the 30. Unbelievable and that included missing a stop n stop (fast speed)
Its on arcade setting and just kept showing.
I think thats better profit than if i forced it

I never got the chance to experience this particular Red, although I did recal seeing one in a pub one evening.
I agree that occaisionally, taking the value via Red features can lead to just as good a profit as via the top force. And let's be fair, it offers a lot more 'gameplay' than just hi-loing out every time, even though of course, profit is the main aim...
This is especially true on the new breed of Reds, where the red sevens are only £10 (and 'JP' may well be £35). Red Find the Pea / Hidden Riches / Star Prize etc, can be well in excess of £17 or so on these, which is often £7 more than you would have got had you forced for the top! Of coufrse, reading where in the 'force' process the machine is when you start has a big effect on how you take it on, but still worth baring in mind!

It can be profitable sometimes but a lot of the times if u take a decent amount on a red feature it can then either cane u for a board or semi-cane u for a board only to offer you either nothing or a shit feature.
Especially on K Ransom / Sub Zero....
When taking features for a profit u really really need to know when to walk. I've done this a few times when not really wanting to force a machine (out with mates or whatever) and the red has slipped into the old £15 - £20 board mood.
On a Roll is a nightmare for it. If u don't leave at the right point u will constantly lose until u've lost about £20.
I mean as in £7 board to win £4, further £7 to win £3, another £6 / £7 to win nothing.
Before u know it you've lost loads.

Also can't believe u've never played one Matt.
One of the best reds profit-wise i've ever played. Tops went for £75 over and over when ready.
Until they chipped a few tho the bastards u got like a £30 top

For some reason there are 2 Pay Cheque's here again now. I quite like them too. Not one of my all time faves, but certainly not one of the worst reds!

I am loving mine in the local.
Making a 75+ a week on it.
The other week I streaked it i.e for 50 or more four times. No one has a clue how to play it. Everytime I play it, it is glowing bright red. Most I've had out of it is 95 through a 75 top and few features. Not had the 25, 75 dump yet and as its on arcade setting iw as hoping that it would do this quite often
Makes a change too cos it replaced a "Who dares Spins" whcih was awful.

Yeah i never used to like these but after a few good experiences in Winchester about 6 months ago, ive come quite fond of these. A few appeared near me but have all gone now. Not the best red but still ok.

Got to say I am loving this machine
Had 60 out of it Friday night off a score, very nice
Sat night it was only due again. About 25 up on it and it offers red boxes. Stop n step fast speed and licked the red 7s
I am winning so much on it people are not bothering to play it.

I've just had one of these pop up nearby, from what's been posted here already, it could turn out to be a good thing.
Anything in particular to watch out for?
