How to stop the alarm

i have a reds fruit machine grub a dub dub and the alarm wont stop
it keeps telling me opt 100p alarm 01, please help me to stop this, thanks in advance

i'm no mod but this should surely be in the technical section
with regards to the question, the hopper is probably jammed
release the crocodile clips and shake the mech and open up and check for jam, check underneath is usually where the coins jam up, if this doesn't fix it, re-align the reels, i'll explain how you do this if problem is not resolved
