cocca cabbana

Ok tried playing a red for the first time ever last night. I had just got jackpot repeat on RTB so had about £70 float. I've heard about the immense suck period on reds so planned to play for a quick steal but if it cost me more than the board was offering i would gamble.

To be fair it was offering nudges every £3-£4 or so. I was regulary getting the features red and open boards. What was pissed me off was that ALL of the features appear to be shit. Super pick a win gave me £3. Super Star choice gave me £4. Super cash falls gave me £5. The only one i was kinda impressed with was "cobban cash" or whatever its called. (The one on the far left). I only got it on green but it gave £7. On red i imagine this would be quite good. The only feature i was never offered and so didnt try was "Find the lady" (far right). I guess this is the best one as reading other threads about red machines i've seen people say that "find the pea" is good so i assume that "find the lady" is simple the same but for cocca cabbana rather than the machine that find the pea is on. How much would this go for on green and how much on red? Also, how much would cobbana cash go for when red? Am i better off taking these or pushing for jackpot? I presume there none of the other features are worth taking?

Also, there dont appear to be any symbols for a jackpot win. Its just labled as "£25 jackpot" on the cash stack with no symbols. Is this me being thick or can you only get jackpot from the cash stack? (This also pissed me off as it meant i couldnt get jackpot from Super Superhold.)

It has a nasty habbit of offering the player nudges but killing you before ANY type of win/feature/bonus is avaliable. I assume this is the same for all reds but i find it a bit naughty as other machines such as Who Dares Spins (crap machine) wont kill you until a win has been offered.

Finally, the open board thing pisses me off as it knocks back the force. It would be better if it added the values together. For example if it starts on a £1 win and you win the next gamble and it moves to a £3 win and then you die you will get £3. It would be better if it added them together so you got £4. That would make the quick steal option much more appealing and quicker to do.

All in all, deapite the tone of this post, i didnt find the machine too bad. I was expecting to pay £10 between boards and have no enjoyment. I'll certinately being giving it another go, i just need to learn which features to take. What does filling the "cocca cobbana" letters do? Extra life?

Rant over. :)

(Oh yeah. And the skill stop goes to quick. They should take into account that most of the players are drunk and slow it down. )

right firstly the machines is called COBRA CABANNA
how man nudges was it offereing every £3/4 and HOW MUCH did those nudges win you?

were 75% of the features red when you were playing? it must have been REALLy dead for red star choice to offer you £4 thats the kind of win i expect on green you sure it was red?
"cobban cash" is infact COBRA FASH and is the top feature NOT the TOP however...in general this on red SHOULD go for at least £25 upto £75.

wouldnt have taken it on green if you were forcing it though

red find the lady CAN BE amazing...ive had £24 from this before...usually at least £8-10 mark.

saying that none of the features are worth taking is a bit of a rash comment...many of the featues will do over £15 if ready or you have the skill.
you need to learn what each does and how much it gos for..practice will make perfect...

yep you can only get JP from climbing the cash stack...even 12 nudges will only get you the £15 at most. then you must gamble...

superhold again will only get you at most the red sevens which is £15..

reds will EASILY give yoy boards where they offer no win at all...this can work both ways though..if boards are red then from experience this is building up for something big if keeps giving you nothing..
also on green it may be becuase the machine is stone dead.

no bonuses and crap ones when you do is also a sign of this..

who dares is a completely different manu and shouldnt be compared at all..
this what makes REDS stand alone in that they CAN rob you £15+ for a board and then kill you on the 1st spin..they have to compensate for £75 tops somehow :P

there is a simple way to get around the open board feature...applies to all REDS that have this feature...if you are forcing and the board is not say 75% + red features then REVERSE the gamble on the 1st spin to kill youself off and that way you wont get lumbered with say a £7 safe cash...
on some machines it dosent always put it back..

DNA can easily do a £30 feature then a top..

SZ also can be generous with that...as a rule though if im happy to go for the top i reverse them all if not red...even though then if might chuck a couple in..

filling the COBRA CABANNA name gives you a TOP..which is the next step up after the £25...£25 is NOT THE HIGHEST win on this machine...as with all reds there is one more gamble after the printed top prize...

this is where it awards AT LEAST £25 (£10 on others) and MAYBE even more...the norm max on these is £75 but it has been known that £100 i spossible...although ive not had it :( ....other REDS will do £120 (LT)

other ways to get this feature is to get ALL the features RED and then to gamble the cash stack to the next exchange point...if you make it it will automatically give it to you so dont worry about missing it..

thirdly get 3 EXTRA LIVES...this will give you invincible so just keep gambling up the cash stack to the top..

what out for the BOXES on the reels...the symbols in bottom left of machine wil flash if you have them avaliable..some of these can be good too..

skill stop on this is NOT that fast compared to some reds....bit if practice and you will get it most times...

one last tip...REDS are really not the best to play when pissed mate..you may find yourself putting FAR to much even if your senses are not fully about you so be carefull..

hope this helps

Cheers that was helpful.

It was offering around 3-6 nudges which would go to between £1.60 and £3 wins. (I got skill stop twice which i stopped at 10 nudges. Cant remember what cash values i got from them). When i got a cash win avaliable i auto-nudged and carried on gambling from the cash stack side. It would usually kill me around the £6 mark although i did get up to £10 a couple of times. The majority of the boards i got had two features green and the rest red. (There was one occasion where four of the features were green but i got the red alert bonus which turned 2 of them red.) Star choice was definitely red. I only took features when they were red except for cobra fash once. On the top board it had a vertical line and a horizontal line that were flashing about. It gave me the cash value that was where the two lines met. In this case £4. Whats the difference in this feature between red and green? Also what's fast cash like? I was offered this green but didnt take it as it sounded crap. If you were playing and you were offered cobra fash on red would you take it or force for the top?

With regards to the boxes, say i nudge to them and it gives me a feature with a £5 win. Would it just award me the £5 or start the cash stack at £5 and let me gamble up? On the cash and nudges stack, there are little white symbols next to some of them. Is this where it would offer you a feature if you reach them?

Thanks for your help.

if most were red and it offered me RED cobra cash then unless i say only about £12 in then yes id force for the top..

no the boxes wins is given to you, does not start on the cash stack..

yeah the lights are exchange points where you will get a bonus.

That wasn;t cobra cash, it was criss cross cash.

You should've carried on forcing without collecting anything, you were probably between £10 - £20 away from a top feature.

Find the lady on red can be jackpot.

You were very VERY unlucky to be only getting £4-£5 off those red features.

Cobra cash on red can be jackpot, although it can also only give about £5.

You must of been very unlucky to get £4 off red Star Choice. This feature will offer you four cash amounts but cover random parts of the value up with a star. If you watch the first number on each value to be £3 or above then that is the selection to take, if that makes any sense. Feature will usually pay £10 minimum if played correctly.

If you have hawk eyes like me, you can make all of those out. Cobra Cash is definitely the furthest left there.

Found a few 25p/£5 Reds near me (this being one of them) and they are good to kick off your evening if you're not totally flush with cash... Top Giza was brilliant - I just wanted Open Board every bonus, as I kept reverse gambling when it was on a £4 or £5 win. I got 18 (!!!) of these from a £10 stake - ended up with £45 (of course there's a bit of recycling there) but that's not bad! CC was similar - but you don't get Open Board so often on this...

Ah yes, what your describing rings bells. Either way, i took both of them on red and both gave crappy amounts.
