I suspect someone in the red team is a fan of the TV Western Gunsmoke. The "Mr. Dillon" would be a reference to Chester Goode.

That would fit in with the hilo silver theme, but i think i'm right in saying Mr D was mentioned on piggy bank? Maybe its the name of a programmer or something?

not sure about piggy bank but was on gold strike which also is wild west themed...
