this it becoming a little gem- fair enough its not exactly a very challenging machine, but put 3 quid - first board managed to get the top for 70, then 5 later another 35.
Never ever on a red got the top on my first baord, so this is my best result.
took a picture, but tis not great quality and cant quite figure how to uploard it yet.

Just had this turn up in my local and replace a profitable cybtb.Had my first go and first impressions were good.Seeing as it had only just turned up decided to take it on even as it wasnt really showing ,few red features being lit from the start and never going above the bottom board.Anyhow after 70 started to give 4 jokers fairly regulary and a couple of top levels.90 in and gives me a 70 top and about £10 later throws in another 70 top.all in all quite impressed.few bits of after and made about £50

just had my first loss on this.
First quid in spun in tenner which automatically collects so thought would have a peak. 40 quid later, on the top row with a skill stop, which i knock back (ok i fucked it up). At this point it then took 100 for a flat 35 but still showing, so recyle that and another 100 for 70 top ...... but its still showing.
At this point it was being a little bitch, boards were very red, some times getting the top row for 10rt in red, other times dying on the first board on first feature.
Very interesting as not had this on this machines, was similar to CLT experiences.
Total 200 in for 70 out.

Could someone explain in a bit more detail what this machine is like to play / what it involves? Sounds like a new idea?
All this talk of skillstopping and 'lines' etc. sounds promising, but have no idea what the general board is like. Plus, why did it auto-collect that £10 that spun in?
Edit: Um, just re-read the OP and got a better gist of it! ops: Note to self: Read the posts Matt!

"And do you ever contradict yourself, Minister?" "Well, yes and no..."
It must be top secret as I can't find 1 anywhere. I've been trying to find a picture of Parrots of the carribean but thats avoided me thus far. I only got shockwave because 1 has appeared by me.

There is 5 reels on this. If you spin in a win, etc 3 cheeries you have no option to gamble etc it auto collects it.
3 cheeries is the lowest which is 20p, 5 cheeries is £1. and the highest is 3 Red Sevens is a quid, and 5 is a fiver and so on.
Aswell as the fruits, there are jokers on the reels. spin 3 in and you get on the botom level of a "pyramid" feature board. You land on a feature and either collect or gamble it. Gamble it and land on a feature that you have previously hit you die. If you land on a certain features you can move up onto the next level and so on till you hit the big money.
quite hard to explain but its game play is incredibly simplistic.
Oh and as for skill stop, when its doing well you can skill stop the feature....obviously best to stop it on the feature which moves you onto the next level.....................This is where i cocked up, on the top level with the skill stop for big money and fucking missed it. lol

You'd be correct, Eddie - and yes it was by Barcrest several years ago. It almost certainly failed test.Extreme Eddie wrote:Not to take this to far off topic, but i'm certain Parrots of the Carribean has been done, possibly by Barcrest, i remember these about 4 years ago, only ever saw 2 but i'm sure these where about unless it was a tester?
As for the picture of the 5-liner above: hmm, think I'll play the HLS before I take on the new boy
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
