Depends on machine type and location really, depends on if you know when the refill day is as well. I key around 20% of the time. A red can be 80 down and still pay huge streak i dont like it to mis judge the way its actually playing. I normally just see what the first maybe second boards showing. Collect if not doing anything!
Finally got a 50p £25 On A Roll here, and god its worth the 50p spin!
get a 2 and its buzzed off its nut! The one i played was full and nearly all red anyway. Got 9 nudges twice, both times were £25. Gambled both of those and lost, but a 9 nudge £15 win cam in soon after, which went to Lucky Streak. The expected £75 followed (would have been gutted with anything less! :wink with a £7 toggle and a £3 cash win for afters. Fantastic, made a good £60 on on it. Liking very much!

So presumably we can expect to see a more progressive gamble into the top feature (on Reds). I mean with £25 JPs, if you win the gamble from £15 to £25 and end up on either a 3 or a 10 (or better), you'd probably expect to win the gamble to the top feature 8 or 9 times out of 10. But I'm thinking that the extra tenner difference in prize between the top reel win (£25) and the top feature (£35) would mean I should expect to lose more gambles for the top in future.
Is that fairly accurate - in the experience of those who've played them?
This machine may at times offer a choice where the player has every chance of bankruptcy
On the £35 On A Roll i have, i have only lost the gamble a couple of times to top
Found mine red again today from the off
Cost me £15 this time for a £35 top
Then another £10 for another £35 top
I always play this on 50p and mega spins
£10 to £0 in 3 seconds
