How to tell if the new reds are chipped.
Right not sure if people already know this but as everyone plays reds i thought this would be a beneficial piece of info for everyone to know. Right you know how all the new reds go red and fuck you up and you lose on them etc... taking the piss etc. Well suposedly if the 6% doesn't light up above the hopper or when you change stake from 30 to 50p if it dosn;t say 6% on the LCD then they are the shitty new stitch up programmes. Ive played a few though and they have stitched me up[ but overall they do. Im talking about on new reds such as SAL, SMTM, some vortex's and all the newer reds.
Just thought i would let you all know peeps.

have to disagree with you there toothless. I believe it's just that when you play the non-bonus reds your not getting that extra % that makes these new crummy reds bearable. for eg, there would be no difference in playing a %78 SMTM in a spoons (no spoons have the bonus %age as far as i know) than a %72 SMTM with a Bonus 6% on 50p.
also, it stands to reason that if the bonus %age is there but it has not been switched to it in a while, it could have a strange affect on gameplay. it does not mean that it is 'chipped' imo, it just means that the machine is haveingtrouble trying to keep track of the various %ages it has to account for. this could explain why some reds that either have had or have the bonus 6% do the silly massive streak (a la invincible or, more rarely SMTM).
that last bit is a theory that just popped into my head though
