I've been looking for ages mate. Sorry to say that unless i'm missing a link to a website u just have to learn them. Especially for machines like DNA or LAB - i.e. for fruit steps.
The way I did it was learn in stages. i.e. if u've got the pear on the middle real with the 4 on it then the blue 7 is 6 above it.
Also good to know when starting to learn reels is there is 2 red 7's on the middle reel and one on either on the out reels.
The blue 7's r the other way round - 1 on the middle and 2 on the outers.
Plus when u've learnt them u can tell when number runner is JP - especially helpful if the machine is quite dead and u're going for a steal.

If you play them heavily you can work them out.
Here's one it loves to do. Double bonus - spin a win.
Blue Seven - Red Seven - Blue Seven
You need 6 steps from there for blues to be there. The red bars are all close to each other too. Just play and learn! Or if you can't be arsed, write them down while you play.

They aint the same!!!! Earlier reds such as aftershock etc etc have the reel guides on the red gaming website. i don't think they have melons. Like said earlier the main fundamentals on these are where the sevens are. Always remember reels 1 and 3 have blue sevens. If its followed by a melon then there is a red one after if it doesn't have melon then its another blue seven. Middle reel.... if there is a red seven and it has a pear with a gm on it after.... another red sev follows. It it has a normal pear without the gm it will have a blue seven about 6-7 steps away.
Hope that helps

Thanks for your help.
You see, I go slotting 3 times a week with a guy who has played them reels donkeys years, they used to be the old JPM reels allegedly.
Thats why the old schoolers picked up the reds straight away.
The other 4 days a week, I am limited to other machines with not much scope at the moment. (ie. always flat. You probably know the machines!!)
