First check that the coin mech is correctly seated and that the "Manifold" (the plastic moulding underneath the mech that funnels the coins, if one is fitted) has not got moved or damaged.

everything is sat where it should be.nothing wrong with the plastic mould it sits on.the £1 coins are going to hopper and when full it sends them to spout to bottom box..the other change isnt going to spouts,it seems to want to send them other way, like a 1 inch box at end of moulding that goes nowhere apart from the wooden shelf where test switch is..must think theres a spout there and they isnt..

Right, the routing is wrong then.
Will have to dig out the settings if I can for an sr5.

think its because the hopper is a conveyor type that holds alot of £1 coins as the club machine can have a £1000 jp.with the £1 hopper being taller the test shelf just fits under the mech/sorter,so the down tubes are right up against the right hand side of cabinate,so the coins(20p ect..) has to go to the right and not the normal route to front left..thanks.

Refer to the manual and check that you have a routing plug inserted where it is shown (number 4 on the diagram).

it has a routing plug in but it could be the wrong one(setup for another machine)

You may need to rewire the routing key by the directions in the manual then, but if you are not technically minded it will be difficult.
