mummy talks code , help !

hello all , i recently sold my mummy talks impulse fruit machine , anyway to cut a long story short before moving it i had no problems , when we set it up round my mates it came up with a code : stuck but alm 4.3 . can anyone help , also an alarm goes off which never happened before , thanks andy
