Hi all. Just took delivery of a Club Wildside(2004 model) by Global from a reputable dealer on Ebay. Trouble is there is an alarm going off and the alpha says:
6.0 GEN MET ERROR

Anyone know how to sort this seeing as I cant seem to contact the seller?

Thanks in advance.

Ok - just read thru some old posts regarding this alarm and it would seem that the refill meter is at fault. My one is displaying ok so I`m assuming it`s alright?

Check all the meters.

What tech is this? Not another Epoch?

It is Epoch! - is that bad news??

The only meter I can check is the refill meter - it doesnt have mechanical meters.

Always bad news with Epoch...
:(

Is there not a separate meter for In/Out in the base?

Definately no meters in the base.
Is it likely to be the main board that has gone?

if it has only 1 meter it is likely to be a sec meter and a 6.0 gen meter alarm suggests it is the meter itself which is at fault,we have had this error before and it has been this.

A lot of the time the meter will be ok,
sometimes it's the connector pins get squashed

Unplug the meter connector and look down the holes to see if any of the connectors are flat / squashed (and check the other end at the main board)
