Help wanted with Barcrest Club Twister

Hi all and wondering if anyone can help. I have just bought a club twister and i have a problem..When you turn on the fruity the alarm goes off. It appears to display an error message which id e49 which in the manual is stakes and prise error. I have also noticed that in the back on the curcuit that reads Dual Hopper Drive there is a small box which has a 12volt stamp on it that clicks every 10 seconds or so. Also in the digital display where the bank/credit is displayed, they is a line of question marks.???????????
Does any one have any ideas- if so i would love to get this fruity up and running again.

does the maual have a stakes and prize option ---change yrs to one of these---yrs is prob not valid in yr machine---the dip switch settings i mean
