gamebox 6 Im so thick !

hiya, have recently purchased the gamebox 6.....coins keep falling through ? it was fine until i cocked about with configuration etc no manual and i feel a right pratt for messing with it. would anybody have a manual or help. im so thick i cannot find hopper ....help please to get me started !
