hopper problem need to know how to resolve!!!!

hi i have a global fruit machine called up yer riggin i have problem with the hopper it wont except pound coins i know this means it thinks it full but i cant seem to get it working again have tried to "empty" hopper but still wont accept £1 coins into the hopper. please help!!!

hi there have u tried using 50ps as they go straight to ur oveflow keep putting them in to use as credits and take any wins u get it should payout £1 coins do this until it empty then it shold reset its self this worked on my previous machine the grest escape let us no if it dont

How have you tried to "empty" the hopper in test or hopper dump mode?as emptying the hopper in test does not reset any coin levels.
