club adders and ladders fruit machine please help

hi all please help me if u can i have club adders and ladders machine set at 5p play £75 jp i have a problem with the payouts it pays out in £1 and 20ps the £1 payout fine the 20ps dont when i open the back door and put in test mode where u can press buttons to empty the tubes both solinoids work fine and payout when i close the door and play in game mode and get a win for example 1.80 the 1 pound pays out but the 20ps dont they make a quiet click noise and nothing comes out no idea what the problem is as it has power to the 20p tube as it pays out in test mode any help would be great cheers andy
