maygay bank buster help please :-(

hi there, can anyone help please. i have a maygay bank buster that looses its 12+ led after half hour or so and wont work again util its been switched of for a while. any ideas please?

hi mate----- about£30 on e-bay----------------- board about 200 so try ps 1st----sounds like bridge rec is overloaded

If you can lend a PSU to try i'd do that before shell out on a new one cause it's probably a mainboard problem and would be silly to waste money.

Could be a lot of things but most of them would be to do with that.

hi mate, thats a very generous offer thanks.take it you meen by courier? hav been offered the pcb from the power supply for £17 and seen 2 for sale on ebay. is it likely to solve me probs tho or do you think its the board. doesnt come on at all now, got no 12+ led on the board? thanks again, sean......

hi mate, not recieved my psu yet but when i try to switch it on now it goes mad, makes a loud noise and says 4.6 stake error on the display. looked in the manual and the codes not listed. think i should be looking for a board aswell? thanks, sean..
