Vivid "all4one" problem

Hi guys bought my first fruit machine (a vivid all4one machine) and works great except for one little problem! Every time you get the "?" up and it goes through your options it will always bring up lose when you hit the button! this obviously cant be right can it? Any help with this problem would be great

Your machine is probably set on 70% payout or something low like that. try upping the % to about 84% and you should get a better game play
