ram clear

i have justdone a ram clear on my maygay great escape since then the machine no longer accepts:5p 10p 50p even my previous problem where 20p would fall into the tubes is not happening its just droping out the bottom can any one help explain what could of caused this to happen?

i would be looking at at problem with the coin mech or routing plug.

which coin mech do u have in it?

you need to clean the mech although i doubt that will fix it, sounds like your coils are on the way out,

each coin has a validation window set the the c/mech at the factory, when the coin runs past the sensors in the mech if the results fall within the window the coin is validated, the problem is that the electromagnetic coils used in the mars are crap and they begin to (drift) therefore making it acc less and less) get a new mech or reprogramm your mech.

Or try a routing obtaining a new routing plug, Granted that the ac does dwindle over the course but for all stated coins to not accept I think its highly unlikely your mechs at fault.... It sounds like the links are missing on the plug.

yes I agree. I would definately check the routing plug first...
