Barcrest Alarm Volume

Hi.
I have a Barcrest Al Murray's Happy Hour 2008 in my shed.
Is there a way to adjust the volume of the "check it out" alarm so as not to annoy the neighbours when a coin gets jammed etc?
I can turn the volume down for gameplay but that doesn't affect the deafening volume of the alarm.
Would like to reduce the volume of the alarm...or even disable it?
