rob da bank || Hopper issues i think

hi guys, new member, new fruity user.

i have a rob da bank machine by barcrest - every time i put any money in it comes directly back out of the payout tray, i do not know what else to try, i have cleaned the hopper, the money part (opening the flap and cleaning it)

here is a video of what is happening, can anyone please assist?? i purchased the machine as a savings bank kind of, but it only plays in demo mode, i need help.

if its playing in demo then its probably in door open mode.

its not supposed to take money in this mode.

probably a door switch problem

when all doors are locked it still wont take any money, i have cleaned the coin mechs and everything, there is power on the coin mech as the green LED is lit up but the money falls right through every time.

no, demo doesnt work at all when all doors are closed.

possibly a dodgy mech.

i would swop it out for a cashflow mei 9500 or above. (it will fit right in, all you need to do is make sure switch 2 is on, rest off)

the led on this mech flashes red and green , this transfers into an error code which might help indicate what the problem is..
