Deal or no deal eliminator £100

Hello I have this Deal or no deal eliminator £100, and I can't get it to divert to cash box, hopper should be £250 but as it has note acceptor it goes to £350 and when I dump it counts from £350 but it still goes to the hopper, the mpu is scorpion 6 and one thing I don't know is that when it starts up it says live hopper enabled
I know these machines can have note acceptors that pay notes but I don't have this note acceptor
