No light on motherboard( Caesars palace)

Hey guys can I pick your brains? I have posted on here already about this machine. I'm just wondering if it's worth saving or take it to the tip. All the lights are on on the psu but the status light on the motherboard is not coming on? Does that mean it's not the psu or could it be the wiring going from the psu to the motherboard itself? Last ditch attempt before I go mad and put a hammer through it lol cheers
