Barcrest It's Amazing - Error code 52-36 - help !!

Hi, I have a 2011 Barcrest It's Amazing machine (£70 jackpot).

I have had it for about 2 months and it's been fine. I haven't played it in about 2 weeks.

Turned the machine on today and the loudest alarm started to sound saying.
'Hey Check It Out' with the error codes '52-36' , No characteriser, NO ID Chip.

I can not stop the error codes from scrolling, the refill key has no effect either.

I have never touched any chip or any of the insides until after this fault occurred.
I don't know much about machines so any help would be appreciated.

I have been told it might be the MPU, I know where that is and I know you can pull the card out. But I don't have a clue about battery resets or what part I may need, so any help is much appreciated.

I have disconnected the speakers as it was so loud.
