I have just got a full metal jackpot machine, when its turned on nothing seems to be working but the sec meter reads 02E followed by 0001910. any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like it is starting to boot up and it is only getting as far as checking the meter,if you look at the meter it will have 02E and a version number on the sticker
