Lighting fault on crazy fruits machine?

Hello guys iv just acquired a bell fruit crazy fruits bandit off a friend. Everything on the machine works great other than a handful of lights are sticking on and some lights are not on at all. I would say about 15-20 are doing this, any ideas on what I can try to fix this problem thanks.

If it's not the bulbs it will be the motherboard
Common problem on these old machines
Scorpion 4s are plenty available on eBay & easy to change
