Help with fault on sonic the hedgehog machine

I have a sonic the hedgehog fruit machine which was fully working but has been stored in a garage for a couple of years following a house move. I finally got around to getting it out but have found that it will not boot up now. When I power it on the power lights come on on the PSU and some other LEDs in the machine come on such as on the reels but it does nothing else and after about 45 seconds an alarm sounds.

I have checked all the fuses in the PS3 ad. There are all fine. Can anyone help?

when the alarm sounds is there any code on display?

No. The display does not come on at all. Neither do any of the lights on the front. The LEDs next to the fuses on the PSU come on but no lights on the motherboard.
