I bought this machine from an arcade over 4yrs ago now for my wife and it has worked perfectly but we recently moved and when we came to start it up again the wheels are now out of sync. i.e 3 X on win line doesn't win anything. Can someone please tell me how to reset them to the correct position please? Thanks

diffrent ways to test the reels depending on whether its got an electrocoin program or a MAB kit fitted.
anyways have a look at the reels, see if anything is impeding a reel like a wire or a bulb.
then check the reel tabs, you should see the joins on the reel bands, make sure the tabs are in the same positions relative to the joins on the reel bands.

It is a electrocoin machine. I have checked to make sure nothing is touching it or in the way but nothing. Also removed all the wheels to see if I could see any marks but I can't see anything at all to indicate what should be where. I thought when it does the first spin when it is plugged in it would automatically sync?

on the reel drums, there should be reel tabs, these are little bits of plastic that clip onto the side of the reel drum.
they pass through a light sensor on the reel board, this is how the machine knows what postion the reels are in.
u need to check these are in the correct position

Ah yes I have got them. I set them so they all lined up with the sensor which is at the bottom. But that didn't help. Is there a place where they should line up with? Thank you for your help in this

run your finger round the reel band (bit with the symbols on it) until you find the join, look at the position of the tabs in relation to the join.
example: one symbol infornt or one symbol behind.
the three tabs should be the same distance from the join as each other , check that they are..
if one of the tabs has been moved or a reelband has slipped, it could cause the fault you are expierencing.
this is the first thing i would check...
btw does it have the red reels that are all joined or the white single ones?

PERFECT!!! Works properly now. The middle reel is out a bit (fraction lower than the win line) but I guess that is to do with the tab? Thank you again for your help. By the way it is the red reel
