Hello all, new to all this so excuse me if i sound dumb!

I have had this Star Wars Machine about 2 weeks, plays great, has a note acceptor which i have used twice.

The other day i turned it on to get a loud alarm which i think blurts out "shut me down"!

Anyway i cheked the codes on front to those in book i have and it says Faulty or disconnected note acceptor.

Now i am not even bothered about using the note acceptor anyway, I unplugged the cable from the note acceptor to where it joins with another clip and loom of wires. I reset the machine but still the same.

Is there anything i need to do to stop the machine looking for the note acceptor on startup??

Any help appreciated

you need to tell the machine the note acceptor is no longer connected.

1: disconnect note acceptor

2: go into test mode by pressing the red test button and the hidden button in the machine

2: toggle the tests forward to "BNV code" test

4: it should say "BNV no response"

5: leave the code on 0 0 0 0 0 0 and hit the save button (cant remember which button it is, mess around until you get it)

6: reset the machine and the alarm should have stopped.

look down behind the reels for the hidden button, jackpot can be changed via the stake/prizes key on the gamecard :)
