Fruit Machine Chat

i am new to this so all help would be appreciated i have bought an astra celebration fruit machine and i have no power apart from the lower sign when turned on there is a red led flashing on a board at the side dim then bright there are 3 red leds at the reels and that is all the life i have does anyone have any ideas as to why it wont work
