Hi. Please help, this is doing my head in! I've got a Barcrest Elvis Top 20 in enhanced rio cabinet. Someone kindly rebooted the machine in category D instead of cat B3 and now the machine wont boot past windows into the elvis program. The screen first shows "unknown software exception...(it shows a 0000.tmp file) - click OK to end program". The alarm screen shows... error 16: MPU5 COMMS BREAKDOWN. Beyond that the alarm menu's only options are: System info, Updates and Reboot machine (there's no option there to change category). How can I change it back? Many thanks for any help, its very much appreciated. Alternatively, if you know anyone in the Tyne & Wear area who would be able to rectify this for me, I'm prepared to pay them very decent money.
