Hello,


I have a Gimme Gimme Gimme machine. I come across a couple of problems today.

The machine takes a long time to initialise when turnt on /cash door is opened. Checked the alarm log (as the alarm went off aswell the first time) and it says these errors:

Lcd Meter Comms Fail

Lcd Met Changed - Fingerprint Failed To Match


Anyone know what they mean and how I can fix them?

Sounds like the starpoint meter is down, finger prints refers to a taging system/encryption in industry.
