hi, i bought a 'suits u sir' club qps machine on ebay, the guy said the top door was locked and he didnt know how to open it. where the lock should be, below the buttons, there is a hole with a metal plate behind it with a circle hole init. any idea how i can get this open. i have all the other keys. also what is the key for next to the refil key, its a round key like the bottom door key. thanks

Possibly the rod in the lever that slides the catches back has been broken off or removed? The lock next to the refill should be for the top door...
Can you take a pic and post it please, otherwise it's all guesswork on our part...

Yep the handle bit is missing. Just stick a screwdriver into the hole in the bottom picture and push hard to the left.

thanks for the help, that was the problem. do you know what the name of the missing bit is called. i put a nut and bolt on it bit its still a bit difficult to slide it across. the screw driver works fine but id like to buy the actual missing piece.

The proper name escapes me, if it ever had one in the first place! The only thing that comes to mind is "Knob". But that's surely too hilarious to actually be correct...
I did scrap a whole load of those cabinets but can't remember if I saved any of those, the complete locking assembly may well have gone in the scrap. I will keep a look out though.
