Hi all, I have Bell Fruit Deal or No Deal The Dream Factory fruit machine with a Cashflow 9524 coin mech installed. Currently £1 coins are routed into the hopper and all other coins are routed into the bottom cash box. I assumed once the hopper was full, £1 coins would be routed into the cash box as an overflow but this isnt the case, they are still routed into the hopper.
I have found the manual for this coin mech and have tried to get my head around what ive got to do to resolve this problem without success - hence why im here pleading for help!
If anybody has any information it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
Cashflow 9524 Routing
What does it say when you put ur refill key in and turn it? If it says refill coins X 123 then it will need £123 in coins to be put through the mech for it to route to the bottom.
Have u tried using the hopper top up function? If u do, then regardless of contents of hopper it will all go into box until banked wins are collected.
If it has a note changer then it will require £350 in coins for it to route to the cash boxes. If when u got it and it had been defloated from a full float the CPU will think it needs £350 back in to start dropping to cash boxes.
If u have tested the above and all is ok, then it's a routing problem and I can't help!!!

Thanks for your reply. When the refill key is turned it shows 0 so it knows the hopper is full. It does have a note acceptor and now over £350 in the hopper which is why im wondering if there is something else I need to do to route overflow coins to the cash box.
I have tried doing a full hopper dump and hopper top up to again no success so it would appear to be a routing problem (im no expert, im assuming!).
With this specific coin mech im confused as to how you tell the mech to route coins and when. Is it the routing plug and changing wires into different holes or is it the 'iButton' or is it the 8 way DIP switch on the mech, or even better is it a combination of all 3!?!
