powerzone club £250 1st reel out of line

hi this is my first ever fruit machine and the man who delivered it never properly showed me how to fix any problems if they arose and never showed me how to open the main unit i have all the keys but don't know how to get into the reels can someone please help as the seller ignores my every attempt of contact......
