JPM Impact board problem

Hi i need help, i have a JPM impact board which is showing a constant reset led on the main board. does anyone know how to reset the board/ processor. I have had to replace the proccessor card which seemed to go ok. But now nothing happens nad the led is constantly lit. Help please

since no one could help, found the fault and repired it
