barcrest lucky strike horizon cabinet

hi, ive just bought barcrest lucky strike in the horizon cabinet for my home, when you turn it on the speakers buzz loud in sync with the lights, can this be fixed?

This is a faulty Power supply m8. They are £15 on ebay. Easy to replace but to be honest i always unplug the speakers as its alot easier.
