help! global games beaver lasvegas error code 21 reel 1 err

i keep having this error come up i have tried changing reel1 with reel 2 but still comes up saying the same error on reel 1? what can i do?
Try changing the reel driver board. If the error remains the same, after moving the reel, then this is the next thing to consider.
You've effectively eliminated the reel itself as being the problem here.
