Fruit Machine Chat

im looking for a replacement sound chip for my fuit machine it says the following on the label

dels millions 95 004 009 sound 1

any help appriciated as it is making sounds it shouldnt make when i play the machine and sometimes dosnt make sound when it should so im guessing its knackered .lol
