Viva Rock Vegas

I am new to fruit machines but have just bought a Viva Rock Vegas second hand and am happy to say im happy with it but, i need a new transparent bulb 5mm and a refill key.
I have absolutely no idea what to do, so i contacted jpm and spoke to a college who told me because im a private user and not a business he couldnt help me and hung-up (lovely man :P) lol
So where can i get replacement parts?
And how do i go about the refill, do i just get a key? or do i need a new barrell as wel? then how do u fit it?
