Global Poker Face £70 Jackpot
Just bought the above machine and received no demo or anything. Other than plugging in the machine and popping coins in, I need some help.
Anyone know where I can get a manual from?
How do I fill the hopper without playing through 200 coins?
Any menu for lowering sounds, demo play.
The guy I bought it from claimed no note acceptor for this machine but it does have a hole (blanked off) a chute and the wires for a note acceptor.
One end of the wires set is to a small white plug which looks like it will fit a port on the board inside the machine, serial data (i think it was called).
Anyone help me...
TIA
George

New Problem NV8
Hi finally found the demo mode but now have a new problem.
Just bought an NV8 Note Acceptor and while its flashing green steady there is no light on the front and it won't take notes.
I am not sure if there's anything to setup and which way the dip switches go.
The machine has a Serial Port 2 which the loom that was in the machine fits on the main board. The loom then goes into a 15 pin single line white and added onto that is a 16 pin black which is what I have used on the NV8.
I have heard something about adding BNV code, anyone explain how we do this?

it may already be set for notey, as when new machines like yours are took out of "active service" they remove the notey as there worth nearly as much as the machine, so they just take it out. id at least float the hopper at what it should be at. maybe 125/150/or even 250 for the notey to come on.
and even if you have put 70 in and reset, it may be a weighted hopper also. so you will need the minimum level of coins in. i had a similar problem with a machine i had a year ago, had to float it at 250. il have a dig about the laptop see if i can find you a manual with settings in the mean time

Thanks for the reply Ben,
Will get to the bank tomorrow and get some more coins and try again.
You know what setting the NV8 dip switches should be at?
I have it set at ssp mode at the moment and I get the steady green flashing LED that the manual says it normal operation.
Will let you know the outcome of the full hopper.
