Ive got an impulse trailblazer running on epoch, i had a new battery fitted by alex from aaamusements at the start of the year. Everythings been fine up to now but every now and then when i turn it on and it starts to initialise it says "please set clock" on the alpha, but once i press start it goes ok and occasionly it will on-off alarm, even tho its not been turned on/off.
Now ive checked for any leakage from the new battery and its all ok. Any ideas? Is this just a minor glitch /bug in the program? Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice appreciated.

hi mate i had this problem with my 25 carrot gold machine which also ran epoch. well it wasnt a problem as such. i only got that msg up on display when i had been swapping price/percentage keys. it would ask for the time and date. i did it by using the hold buttons if i remember rightly

Yeah, i know cheers, i have set the time, the problem is, when its turned off then put back on it still asks to please set clock? i have found that if i disconnect the power supply to the board and all the other cables for around 20 minutes, then reconnect it goes ok? weird tech epoch.... very buggy! :?
