global machine problem

i,ve just replaced the main epoch board in the machine thinking this is why it wouldn,t boot up but the problem is the same.
there is a clicking noise when i switch it on and thats it,,,,,led 3,4 and 5 are on on the main board but the reset led is flickering and the security led is off, the lamp driver board is not lit and and the reel driver board is not lit
any help would be greatly apprciated thanks
