I'm pretty much a noob at this and looking for some help. I have a problem with my How big is your rock machine. It keeps throwing up reel 1 opt error. When I do a reel test reel 1 doest seem to find its home position. The other two reels set in position where the little piece of plastic sits in what looks to be like an optical sensor where as reel 1 will just stop anywhere. If I move reel 1 to reel 2 position and reel 2 to reel 1 position then the problem seems to stay with the reel 1 position. As the original reel 1 now in the reel 2 slot finds home and the reel 2 in the reel 1 slot doesnt.
The other thing I have noticed is that when I power the machine on the reel 1 LED doesnt come on during initialisation, 2 and 3 do.
I have checked the connector and I cant see anything visually wrong with it. The wheel does spin during initialistation and the lights on the front of the reel are on.
Any suggestions as to what else I can try?
Reel 1 Opt Error
Could this be a dodgy mainboard? as I have checked the battery and it looks like its been leaking for some time. Also the LCD display has just packed up and when I got it a few days ago it was original reporting no sound board but then the sound started to work again. If I look out for a scorpian 2 board are they pretty easy to swap over?
