Fruit Machine Chat

Hi i have a duff beer fruit machine and reel one keeps sticking and getting error codes.
If i move it by hand it works for a few mins and then sticks again.
any ideas ?????

sure it's not sticking on the cabinet when the door is shut?

or the reel tag isn't hitting the optic sensor

the reel sticks when the door is open.
it tries to move but doesent quite make it
